1. Introduction

1.1 About IGCSE Lan Thit

IGCSE Lan Thit ("we", "us", "our") operates an online self-study platform for IGCSE students, providing revision materials, past papers, mock exams, flashcards, and AI-assisted exam scoring (the "Service").

1.2 Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for students preparing for IGCSE examinations. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these Terms with you before you use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Free and Premium Access

The Service offers a free tier and a premium tier. Free accounts have access to a limited set of features. Premium features, including past papers, mock exams, and AI-assisted scoring, are unlocked by redeeming a valid access code.

5. Payment and Access Codes

5.1 Access codes

Premium access is granted by redeeming an access code. Access codes are issued after we manually verify a bank transfer payment, submitted as a payment-slip screenshot through our Telegram bot.

5.2 Subscription plans

An access code is a one-time purchase that unlocks premium access for a fixed period. Redeeming a code grants premium access for that period only. This is not a recurring subscription and no ongoing billing relationship is created.

5.3 Payment renewal

Access codes do not renew automatically. To continue premium access after a code's period ends, a new code must be purchased and redeemed.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at learnwithtrphillip.edu@gmail.com if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

5.5 Failed payments

If a submitted payment slip cannot be verified, premium access will not be activated until a valid payment is confirmed.

6. Cancellation and Termination

6.1 Cancellation

Access codes are a one-time purchase for a fixed period. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.

6.2 Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including sharing access codes, attempting to circumvent access controls, or misusing the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share your account or access codes with others, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including revision materials, mock exam questions, and marking guidance, is owned by us or our licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial study use only. It may not be redistributed or resold.

9. User Content

Where you submit content to the Service, such as answers to mock exam questions or uploaded photos of handwritten work, you grant us a license to process that content for the purpose of providing the Service, including AI-assisted scoring.

10. AI-Assisted Scoring

Mock exam scoring is provided using AI-assisted marking against each question's model answer, following our marking guidelines. AI-assisted scores are an estimate to support your revision and are not a guarantee of actual examination results.

11. Academic Disclaimer

IGCSE Lan Thit is an independent self-study platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cambridge Assessment International Education or any examination board. Past papers and materials are provided for revision purposes only.

12. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-assisted scoring for exam preparation decisions.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may use third-party providers for functions such as cloud storage, analytics, AI processing, and video hosting. The Service may also link to third-party websites we do not control.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

21. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
